TUITION & RATES
PAYMENT POLICIES
- There will be a $10.00 late charge added to all accounts not paid by the 15th of each month, regardless of the reason for late payment.
- Tuition remains the same regardless of the number of classes the student attends each month. Payments are either 9 months, (September thru May) or 3 months (September, December and March). Three month payments have a 5% discount applied.
- There will be a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.
- Tuition can be paid via the parent portal, leaving a check in an envelope in our mail box, or mailing to TDE 159 Delaware Ave Delmar, NY 12054.
- Private classes must be paid at the beginning of the month the class is taken along with regular tuition. Private classes are a flat monthly fee.
FAMILY FRIENDLY TUITION DISCOUNTS
- 5% discount if tuition paid in 3 annual installments
- 10% discount for multiple classes or multiple dancers in the same family (2-4 classes)
- 25% discount for 5 or more classes
- Private classes are not discounted.
REGISTRATION FEE
A $25.00 non-refundable registration fee is payable at the time of registration per dancer ($45.00 per family). For children ages 3-6, the registration fee is refundable, if the child does not decide to continue with classes after less than 6 weeks. A request must emailed to thedanceexperience12054@gmail.com for the refund. The registration fee is NOT REFUNDABLE under any other circumstances.
