Ballroom dance is also known as social dance because it

integral part of people’s daily lives for hundreds of years,
providing an atmosphere for men and women to gather
together, develop friendships and have a good time.

the world of music and develop basic skills during this

rhythm, tone, and basic note reading skills, along with an
appreciation for different genres and history of music.
We have realistic and age-appropriate expectations for
children. Our classes begin with a consistent structure.

build body awareness and flexibility).
